NETWORK RAIL – BCSC

This exhibition design was to showcase Network Rail’s retail ambitions at the British Council of Shopping Centres Exhibition at Olympia. The challenge was not only to provide the platform for its portfolio and property development credentials, but to do it in a stylish, leading-edge fashion.
The big concept was to take visitors on a journey through Network Rail’s portfolio, not just presenting a gallery of achievements. This was achieved by using the exhibition space as a modern, flowing canvas that led visitors through the story, accentuating key achievements or thinking with property-specific texture, colour and to the point information.
To support this – and a new development for Network Rail – an iPad app was designed and built. Network Rail exhibition staff could
then talk directly with prospective partners about their retail opportunities with a communication tool which was as effective and stylish as the stand and its offering.
With Network Rail commanding the largest exhibition area of the show, it was important to make a big impact. And like the two previous years, the stand was once again declared Network Rail’s most successful to date. This was confirmed by the CEO of BCSC, awarding the stand the ‘Best In Show’
